Nintendo Switch 1-2-Switch Overview
1-2-Switch Overview
The Nintendo Switch had its global debut on March 3, 2017, and the 1-2-Switch party game was a launch title for the system.
A number of minigames include players facing each other and using the system's Joy-Con controllers. It eventually sold 3.18 million copies across the globe by the end of 2019, making it one of the platform's top-selling titles.
Gameplay
Players in 1-2-Switch don't often depend on what's occurring on the screen to play the game, but rather use auditory cues and the capabilities of the Switch's Joy-Con controllers to play a variety of games. The game has 28 distinct minigames, the most majority of which are two-player games and almost all of which urge players to make eye contact with each other while playing. In general, the auditory cues and rumble feedback from the Joy-Con are the only ways to help people learn how well they are doing in games.
Deployment
Nintendo showed off six of the minigames after announcing the game for the Nintendo Switch during the Switch presentation in January 2017. As part of the game reveal, the HD Rumble and IR Motion Camera features were shown on the Joy-Con.
There were many people from Nintendo of America that competed in a cow milking competition at a dairy farm in Woodstock, Vermont to help promote the milking minigame and the Nintendo Switch.
